It is the dream of thousands, if not millions of young men, (and women) to be good enough to be chosen to play for a national football team. Paul Webb was one that was chosen.
Then after a series of bad luck, his professional football career was cut short and he was left with no idea of what he life now meant. He had only ever dreamed of playing football.
In this interview he gives you some great insights into how things can be so much better if you just know where to look. Paul is a wonderful blend of strength and determination but he’s got a vulnerable side that he is not afraid to expose.

He’s a coach, mentor, teacher, author and speaker. He’s been that for almost three decades. He’s embraced change and reinvention, ever since injury caused the end of his professional football career.
A lifelong student first, Paul has coach many thousands of people in health strength wellness mindset and performance. He mentors both face to face and online. He has also built many different businesses along the way.
The concept of Paul’s teachings, are not that you need to look externally for that one elusive tactic or hack that’s going to make all the difference. But how to look internally and remove the reasons that you aren’t living the life you desire. As a species Paul says we have used stories for our protection and survival forever. Unfortunately most of the stories we listen to subconsciously on a day to day basis don’t service, but actually indeed hinder our progress.
For me, I find he has a way of making you feel you can lean on him. He is not just mentally fit, but physically got it going on.
